Sure they did, I am aware of that and new software patch were released to solve this issue but unlike receivers that are not autoroll enabled which require regulare software upgrade, this is actually the first time software upgrade is happening on a powervu autoroll decoder or is it not.

Are all 'auto roll' over, but over the weekend, all these boxes stopped on MTN and Sony. Earlier today, softwares were released over the internet for the users. But here you are saying what you have no idea about.

No new software around apart from the ones everyone had downloaded before.

That a channel changed key doesn't necessarily mean software is outdated. Its only on auto roll over decoder that software needs regular update.

I use 1.3m center lnb eutelsat 7w for mbc abs2 and nss7 for sport24

As u can see on my set up Nss7 is the primary lnb then abs3 and the third one ses 5 all at the right hand side.Firstly just go for ses5 12015v29951 the signal is high.if u need etv from astra4,your ses5 signal must reach 60%.then track abs3 with tp 11151v45001 at the centa between Nss7 and ses5.

Again! that your q28 need to be upgraded to the latest version which is not yet release.the keys are still active with strong receivers.this is the time for u to get srt receiver for Back Up to avoid further interruption.
