When something is serious, you follow it seriously! Get yourself down to your premises immediately and sort yourself out. Going to jamb office won't help you if your school is yet to submit the form.

..I have verify from my school last week so they said they will send it to jamb last week and printing our names out but the problem now is I'm not around school premises again to ask them if they have sent it ...so I will proceed to jamb office immediately
