Actually just seeing this and i think issuing a refund should come with an interest.
1.5M for 3 weeks should be refunded with an interest or he waits till weekend and collect the items.
I'll personally pay him the money to collect it by weekend as you have said

The sommydisaster guy is truly a scammer. That was how he sold me an AC with bad compressor last december and frustrated all efforts to rectify it. Waited for his installer to come fix and when it was time to come another story. I just had to let it slide, counted my loss (50k) and just get a new AC.
