How much? You no no you suppose put expected salary details? |
Martinsolly1:What's the power rating on the back of the panel. 220v is the inverter output. I'm talking about net power output from panel. |
What's the solar panel gross power output rating? |
Better chop with your 2million.. any business you start go crash las las ![]() |
Still available? You didn't mention anything about the graphics card. This one doesn't have? |
How much? Still have this? |
This is why I don't think it's a smart idea to have your boss on your WhatsApp CL. It never works fine with me. I block mine from seeing my WhatsApp status. |
Zulum:I can. Give me the account number. How much are we talking about |
EpicDude123 Luckystarsssz Zocalite Oh thank you. Interestingly the plants have started fruiting but fruiting has been very slow. I took to ChatGPT. The bot said it's most likely due to the hot weather. Funny enough, it's just when rains started falling and ambience temp dropped that they really started fruiting. Thanks for the suggestions nonetheless. Really helpful. |
I have a job. Earning a decent salary and my own place. Yet all the women I keep talking to don't seem to want something to do with me. I'm not being pathetic. That's how it is actually. There's always some other guy that outspends and competes for their attention. The other ones I see are soo downright immature. Just babies masquerading as women, girls that have never faced adversity, girls that have no sense of responsibility. Attention-sucking leeches. Girls that can't even make up their own minds. Girls that keep running to their mothers for any single thing. Other ones fancy themselves as hustlers and are always so difficult. Those ones are always competing with you for dominance. Soo crazy man. And there are the brokies. Liabilities. No job. Nothing. Omo I'm always so alone staying in my room, particularly at night. I feel soo alone. I don't want a woman because of sex. Sex is sooo trivial. I honestly don't even care. Next time I have sex, it'd be to make a child. I just don't know how single men honestly cope. It's so crazy out here |
Noncomformist:So, how exactly did you position yourself please |
Tinubu would be foolish to create any such state. There's a reason why every geopolitical zone has 6 states each. Upsetting that balance is pure madness |
I planted pepper 🌶️ recently but aphids and whiteflies are relentlessly dealing with my plants. The way they work is they suck saps from the plant leaves and they leave powdery white undergrowth. The affected pepper plants get so stressed that they turn yellow and growth completely stops. I've taken to ChatGPT and YouTube. Tried every bloody suggestion from Onion Soaked in Water, Capsaicin from Pepper to Organic Soap. Yet, nothing positive. I need solid recommendations from any pepper planter who've faced sth similar. How did beat these insects please? They've really infested all my plants.

Rhaspody:Drop specs and price now. AMD or NVIDIA? |
Although I'm afraid I might die alone, nonetheless I still have to admit being single without any extra responsibilities- no kids, no wife - is one of the best things to keep happening to me. I was talking to one babe just this evening.. telling her to come, I'll cook her indomie and buy her something soft and babe was smiling coyly and bro.. I was seeing the future and I didn't like it The future of me getting the girl pregnant filled me with apprehension. Imagine, if the girl's pregnant and I had a kid on the way, I won't have no time for myself anymore, my soft life will no longer be soft, I'll always have to be worried about money, about not losing my job.. my happy life will now be sad and constantly apprehensive and all the ills that comes with having a girl pest on your life.. Omo.. married men, I'd like to say "I feel for you" but na lie.. because asides from enjoying constant puzi you knew what you were getting your asses into.. and I'm so glad I'm not you.. and in any case not all of you have money issues

dexchi:How to apply? No email nor application link dropped.. |
Rhassidy360:Yes. I'm even looking for someplace with proximity to Lagos Markets. How much per acre there please? |
Wealthyonos:How much per plot please? |
Please kindly recommend places in the southwest devoid of human and Fulani vandals where I can farm my tomatoes in the Southwest. I'll love to lease up to 3ha. Kindly let me know how much land is leased per plot. |
Na this kind thing be the reason why I dislike anything university-related.. Having to leave your loving family to go to a university is a very unnatural thing to do. I totally regret that I went to university at all on my own end here ![]() |
At 25 years, I've never had a proper girlfriend.. might sound like fiction but it's true I've actively chased girls all my life.. but I've never actually met any that liked me for me.. This was particularly worse in university.. all the girls I met were dumb and were only interested in chasing good grades instead of just actively existing.. Some are even married now and their lives are still robotic and pathetic.. these days they're chasing corporate certifications and more needless difficult things instead of just calming down and living their lives Interestingly, the only one that had a school cert I met that gave me her number later told after two years (we never had sex btw) that she feels my family won't allow us marry as I had a BSc and she doesn't.. (young girl of 22 ).. naso she break things up. Bro the reason was just weird and strange. I suspect though she has another man she's attracted to.All the other girls I keep meeting keep using me for money.. rather than bonding emotionally, it's always send me card.. buy me ice cream.. take me out.. stupid nonsensical crap and whatnot Bro.. I'm just tired. I earn 100k a month and all I do I just sit indoors, jerk off and hate my life.. it's almost true love died with the last century. Without a partner.. my life just feels hollow and meaningless

Buying land shouldn’t feel like a gamble. Too many people have lost money to fake documents, multiple sales and hidden fees. At Pistis Gardens, our first priority is trust. Here’s how we earn it: Verified Papers: Registered survey + C of O in view. You can bring your own surveyor or lawyer. Direct Purchase: No middlemen or omo-onile drama. Free Site Inspections: We take you to the land at no cost, show you boundaries and beacons. Transparent Fees: Development fee fixed at ₦850/sqm — no surprise charges later. We want you to see before you pay, understand before you sign, and get your allocation before you build. 📲 Call or WhatsApp 08087063302 to book your inspection or request our brochure. |
Bakerdav:You're in luck. I was once admitted at the hospital for Cholera. It's in Orogun, Ibadan. You can either enter from the road leading to Ojoo but not too far UI second gate. Or you can enter from Agbowo Express. My advice is .. Go to UI main gate and tell any okada man (Not Abokis) - that you're going to Oyomesi. They'll collect max #500. |
If you’ve ever tried to buy land in Nigeria, you already know it’s not just about omo-onile. I’ve seen friends lose money to: – Fake or forged documents – Plots sold to multiple buyers at once – Government acquisition they didn’t know about – Hidden levies that show up after paying for the land – No proper access road or infrastructure It’s enough to make anyone give up. I nearly did — until I visited Pistis Gardens. Here’s what I found different: Verified Papers: Registered survey + C of O in view. Everything matches what’s on ground. Direct Purchase: No middlemen or family drama. You deal straight with the company. Free Inspection: You’re taken to the site at no cost, shown boundaries and beacons, and documents are laid out. Transparent Fees: Development fee clearly stated (₦850/sqm). No surprise levies. Planned Infrastructure: Perimeter fencing, gatehouse, mapped roads, water, and electricity — a real community, not a swamp plot. Flexible Payment Plans: 0-, 3- or 6-month options that let you lock in your plot before prices go up. Standing there on the Abeokuta–Ibadan Expressway, 5 minutes from Omi-Adio, it finally clicked: I wasn’t just buying land. I was buying peace of mind, time saved, and future appreciation without the traps. What This Means for You Every day you hesitate, prices rise, and safer plots sell out. Every rent payment you make is gone forever. But one small deposit today secures a verified plot in a growth corridor with no hidden shocks later. Free Inspection / Secure Booking 📲 Call or WhatsApp 08087063302 to book your free inspection or request a brochure. See the documents yourself. Walk the land yourself. Ask your toughest questions. Don’t wait until it’s too late. |
