To be very candid, if government at all level decide that, after every divorce that there won't be splitting of properties, money etc. Most women will be intentional about making their marriage work.

But for the benefits of what they gain after divorce, they go into marriage with divorce as primary motive.

Come to think of. A man will work all his life, setup a business that is doing well and become very rich. Then decide to marry, later when there's a divorce, he will loose half of what he worked hard for over the years before marriage. Just imagine that.
