Amodu is a good coach based on his track record. That is how a coach should be judged, track record.

That does not mean we can not find a black man to do it.

I am not even saying it must be a black man. I am saying if a black man can do it, give him a chance and time to do it, the same level and chance you will give to a white man.

If Amodu did not meet his target and minimal capability of these mediocre players, I would say sack him. But he did. He should have been given the chance and time to build that to meet their potential. Something his replacement has not been able to reach and has not improved. I knew no non-world class coach can do better than Amodu in under one year.
