Since you have an option of receiving the official copy froom the school, why dont you get it issued to the ministry of education address.

Naira cards are not accepted.
As for the Naira equivalent, it cannot be stated exactly because exchange rates fluctuate. The amount in Naira will depend on the prevailing exchange rate at the time you source the Euros.

Honestly what i also thought. I happen to meet a Cameroonian in Nigeria some years back and i was very surprised when he narrated what they actually going through with their very bad system especially the English speaking side of Cameroon.
I jolted back to reality when I also realize how a white man would also view me and what we as Nigerian could tolerate from our own government.

Overtime i had serious thought about this whole black tax thing and the only thing i could conclude is the root foundation of the problem.
Aside poverty which has ravaged many african society, the black tax system stems from the mode of your own survival while growing up. You will agree with me often times our parents takes most responsibility for our needs till full adulthood, you could even see a full matured man or woman in their 30's still living with their parents or siblings in this clime which everyone look at as normal.
Imagine your parents/guardian taking hard loans selling their stuffs for your survival while you needed them the most
So come to think of it, when heavens now smile on you then you suddenly start getting money you want to abandon these people?
I believe thats why it comes with a level of entitlement and not gesture.
In comparison the western society has a form of system that takes care of their offspring ranging from access to credit cards, student loans e.tc .
You hardly get those sort of soft landing here which further puts pressure on your guardian.

In conclusion,even though I would say its not a good way of living but our system didn't give us that choice to make.
Also it would be necessary to only take care of those who had done the same when you needed them rather than rewarding deadbeats who had abandoned you in those times and it would be advisable to do it very cautiously.

What i learnt from the scenario is that; businesses are meant to be handled professionally, if the buyer hadn't transferred the money and the agent had also acted professionally and not compelled the buyer to send the money without the papers.available
it would have saved them all these.

I had issues with my document. I had a very short time frame to get my documents authenticated and Dr Lammy came through.

At first I sent it to someone who misplaced all my original documents and I had my appointment a week later. It was a terrible experience and thank God for Dr Lammy.

He used the photocopies of my documents and printed them with concord and had them authenticated within a short period of time.

Even if your documents have been laminated, be rest assured he will get it done regardless.

Had to send it via air from Lagos to Abuja on Thursday and by Monday the next week. My documents were properly signed and sent back to me same Monday.

I don’t know how I would have done it without Dr Lammy.

Just make sure the documents you legalize are the exact ones the school and embassy will require (degree certificate, transcripts, birth certificate, etc.), so you wonn't need to repeat the process.
