A deal went bad and the attached is the copy of the refund of the 47$ paypal in question , i have to issue refund since the paypal is on hammer mode but since my client insisted he cant get his fund back due to fiverr policy and my negligence it has been concluded within us yesterday that I take responsibility for that" and since my client cant get his fund and the fund is not in my wallet we have agreed of share responsibility which i am going to play my role .
