Not really fatty meals. I sometimes eat light foods such as rice, spag, bread & tea and at times, EBA, fufu etc. Whenever I eat those, I feel dizzy within 10-20mins of eating. I would be 22 by April and am a guy.

Never forget, that my stool is usual hard and my bowel habit is like once in 2-3days. All these symptoms works interchangebly ...

Hello docs in the house ..my dad has been complaining of severe lower back ache ..he's been to the hospital and was told to do xray but no defect was found as he was told everything is perfect ..but he complains so much about the back pain ..he screams whenever he wants to stand up ..he can't sitdown straight except with a support ..same thing if he wants to stand ..also he finds it hard to twist his waist ..he is 57yrs ... Please what can he do and use? I really feel so bad when ever I see him groan in pains ..hoping to hear from the docs in the house soon .. Thanks

Good evening doctor,
For a while now, I've been experiencing difficulty in stoling, however, I've been advised by a couple of friends to take sufficient water. I practically did that, but somehow, i experience a mild stress when stoling, although not as before. Subsequently, i realized that whenever i eat breakfast or launch, i feel dizzy; i sometime sleep off. Not sure what the problem is, i but i seek your professional suggestion(s) as regards to this. Meanwhile, i've no track records of health problems. Thanks in anticipation!!

Oftentimes I have to clear my throat before talking and it can be embarrasing sometimes. I feel like there is something stuck in my chest. I also have a pain in my upper back around my shoulder blades. sometimes I feel there is a lump in my throat. while the lump in throat disappears sometimes, my chest still feels congested as though something is stuck in between. I went to see my doc the other week and he prescribed some medications which after I administered them, had a very strong reaction, although they solved the problem. since the reaction was weighing me down, I was advised to stop by well meaning people around me. I stopped taking the drugs and everything became normal, but after doing a small mission work at the church, the problem resurfaced. I have gone back to the drugs expecting help, but this time no help seems to come. I am very worried about this. please help me.

About 16 years ago. I caught an infection that was diagnosed as staph aureus. I got treatment through herbs and injection but the infection leaves for a while only to return stronger. Two months ago i went for ten days treatment after test the infection went away and still came back. What should I do.
