I have been applying for NGO jobs for quite a while now as extra cuz having a single means of livelihood is no longer sufficient. My CV is well perused by specialists but i barely get even a rejection mail. Majority of them will just ghost you most especially the Norwegian Refugee Council, i have never seen anyone celebrating getting onboarded from our telegram group.

So yesterday someone dropped a hint — that most NGOs job offers are recycled internally since it's contract job. The adverts are only formalities. Please how true is this?
