Am a doctor dear. From your history the condition u r having appears benign i.e nothing to worry about. Most adult male btw the age of 11-25yrs will always feel a painless mass around the nipple that discharge a clear fluid when pressed. It is very common. U can ask your peers at the hostel. If u have met me I would have laughed at the anxiety in your face just like the doctor did .
Male also have breast cancer but it is very very very rare. When it occurs it will present with alarming symptoms such as pain , loss of weight , enlarge breast etc. So calm down if u have seen a doctor before.
