CareerAccess Bank Promotes Contract Staffs Over 10 Years. First Bank About To. by dshe(op): 5:11am On Nov 04, 2015
After some tests and irrespective of their class of degrees, They were not just converted but also promoted to assistant banking officers immediately. This is totally distinct from the quasi conversions we saw at other banks. It seems there is an Abraham Maslow at play here. Sources say its a wise move, better hold on to what you have trained hands-on so they can train the new guys. It seems the banks are becoming wiser, Don't easily let go of your best customer service experts whom you have spent so much time and resources to train only to be snatched and utilized by competitors is clear positive business sense, its time to ground them. In a related move, First bank is about to embark on its own conversion process after conducting a silent test last weekend. Congrats to the guys at Access bank you deserve it. Just make the bank proud.
