Hello All. I got email from IRCC this morning and checked the portal. It was updated with biometric validity letter. No other update. I got this letter with my denial in my last application. I just checked again now and the Final decision section was also updated but doesnt say the application status

1st Application:

Upfront Medicals Booking: 16 August 204
Upfront Medical at Q-life: 23 August 2024
Study permit Submission date: 06 Sept 2024
Biometric Collection Letter: 07 Sept 2024
Biometric Date: 11 Sept 2024
Biometrics updated: 13 Sept 2024
Rejection letter: 22 October 2024
Eligibility and background check updated on 23 October 2024

I ordered GCMS notes within a week of rejection and that came out 20 November. It said my study plan was vague and it wasn't clear how the course would progress my career goals.
I updated my personal statement with one page on study plans, how it affects my career, etc. I added another page for family ties and return plans to Nigeria. I also added my business ownership documents and family business shareholding. I requested deferment from the college and got new LOA and PAL (2025 PAL received 05 February)

2nd Application:
Application date: 13 February
Biometrics updated automatically
Medical Passed via platform update: 26 February

Sadly he was driving the bike alone and no one was recording at the time. Also, theres no CCTV on that road

Is there none of his friends that has the video evidence so that we can demand a proper investigation and conviction?

Teejays family are working within the law. They reported to police and Lagos government as they should. What use is it if they abuse the system because they are rich? They have been pressing the matter since early March and now arer going to the public because the legal way isnt working.

Both of them are rich and infact the accident victim is even richer than the woman. Are you saying someone that works in insurance is richer than a co-founder who raised $4m in funding?
Where's the guy's family and friends?

I used my original employment letter from 2024. I have used a current letter from employer stating I am currently employed for my UK application. It depends what you have access to and which states current pay, hours, tenure, etc. Does the original still apply to your work conditions?

Good morning guys ….. please for employment letter as proof of employment….is it the employment letter I received before I started working 2 years ago or a new employment letter from my employer with recent date stating that I am employed with the company…..mind you it’s the same company I am still working with……..please guys I need your response 😩

I did this in my first application. IRCC updated the platform with my middle name based on my passport If you haven’t submitted, you should add middle name to the Given name sections. If you have submitted already, don’t worry IRCC will update it for you.

Hi guys, I submitted an application recently, however, I noticed when I was asked to put in my name I saw Family name (surname) then given Name ( First name) singular so I used only surname and first name, but all my documents has middle name and it didn't use middle name all. So my question is

1. Does it matter?
2. If it matters, what can I do to correct it.

I am going for May 2025 session. The school has informed me, if visa doesn’t drop by April, I can defer to Sept 2025. Good luck. We are waiting together.

I submitted my application on 19th February and biometrics done on 20th February. I'm for May intake and patiently waiting for a good news soon.

I applied 06.09 and have just got SP refusal, reason is
"I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as required by paragraph R216(1)(b) of the IRPR (https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/regulations/sor-2002-227/section-216.html). I am refusing your application because you have not established that you will leave Canada, based on the following factors:
• The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the
details you have provided in your application"

Hi All.
I’m currently completing my study permit application.
I have extensive travel history from childhood. I included all my passport data pages and visa pages. Do I have to include scans of all my PoE stamps gotten while traveling?
The passport upload document size is already 2MB on the dot.
Any advise helps. Especially from any who has gotten PPR
