A quick question please. I'm currently with my siblings in Washington State for the birth of my baby but due to the high cost of hospital fees, I intend to travel to Houston instead for the delivery and come back to Washington. If I give birth and get baby birth certificate in Houston, can I thereafter process baby us passport from Washington?

Pls does anyone have info on Doctors and hospitals I can use for my delivery in Portland, Washington State. Also, an estimated total cost. I have family there so giving birth there is convinient for me.
