please is there a difference between acknowledgement message and congratulatory message? I got an acknowledgement letter but not a congratulatory message

i was not really sure where to post this "education" or "business" so i just decide to put it up here.
i have been working on an entrepreneurship syllabus for some months now. i finally managed to finish it up last week. its designed for secondary schools between JSS3 to SS3. it has been printed although still needs a little bit proof reading to correct minor grammatical errors. so basically the first stage of the entire project is complete. now i have to market the product to secondary schools around. and this is where i need help. how do i go about doing this? whats the best approach to use? and ofcourse if u are in education and are interested in d syllabus you can also lemme know.

@Donald3d ....well i dnt really knw much abt the whole technical specs bt i'm not making an etisalat advert so a video quality between 'moderate' and 'very high' should do. as for the effects it'll be simply texts flying in and out at spexific intervals (that sort of thing). sound?.. just speakers voice plus background music. thats what i can think of for now. i just need a price range with a bit more details.

does anyone know how much it costs to produce a video clip? not a music video but a kinda 45mins video presentation with some video effects. almost all recording would be done in-house as in nside the studio (thats assuming company has one). any suggestions?

Hello people! I'm about to go into software design. I want to start with the basic tkinter that comes along with python. The problem is that I'm finding it hard to gt a good PDF tutorial in tkinter. The ones available are either outdated or just too complicated or disorganized for a beginner. So I need help. Any good links would be appreciated.

If I were to design a software using python, would I need another software application besides d usual python IDE? I downloaded pyScipter Bt it's more like a modified version of python shell. All I can do now is write codes, run them, debug, save them in .py or .pyw depending on what type of code I wrote and then rerun and debug them. How do I add d other basic features of a software?? Graphics, tabs e.t.c. And how do I save the program so it stands on its own with maybe a graphic icon on d start screen for example. If its a software I need, then what's d name?? (it's obvious I'm still a learner, so go easy on me abeg)
