On the grimaldi corportae services roro track site, i have on the tracking event status the underlisted ;

TRACKING EVENT
BOOKED
ON QUAY
PERMITTED TO LOAD

What is the whole process please ?And how do i know when the bill of lading for the car will be issued for clearing here in Nigeria ?Im new to this so will need all the help you guys can give ..
