Let me tell u guys a story..I knw it won't make a diff bt I don't like d coldness in here,its nt my thing..

A company wanted 2 employ pple 4 some posts nd it comes with a high pay..After series of test which many professionals passed,D company needed only two pple. So they called d professionals for an interview..
They were asking them series of silly questions,wasting deir time..questions like
'Do u watch tom nd jerry'
'Can u drive a car without an engine'
'Will u rather take tea or coffee in d morning'
'Do animals sleep @ nyt nd so on'
'Is it good 2 eat' nd so on..
Since they re professionals nd they av an option of working 4 other pple,many of them gave up nd left angrily till it remained d two pple dat were needed..

Nw wats my point? I want u guys 2 see urself dat way..Unilorin is trying 2 see hw much we can take,who will break nd who will stay..tho nt everybody dat applied will be admitted bt don't give up on urself..Unilorin is nt a determining factor of ur success in life..Sumbody said 'our mates ar busy receiving call up letter'..Wat diff has ur mate made dat u can make? Wat success has he achieved dat u can't achieve..
Different strokes 4 different folks..All of u nw started acting as if unilorin stole ur birthright or ur only chance 2 succeed..
With the little Education u av,u can make it..tertiary institution or nt..D ability 2 succeed is in us nt in Education or d skul we attend..Hand is paining me jare..I've said my own.

I had a dream that I was given admission and the admission came because of how I am active on Nairaland.
In fact it was somebody from the admission office/ comsit that came here to announce it, and it seemed the announcement came before the official release of the 2nd list, that it was one of my posts on nairaland that attracted the admission. 2 or 3 other names were included with mine and the only name I can recall is itsmero (Dreams can be complicated sha, itsmero that is already a student). itsmero's name was highlighted in purple colour, somebody else's name was in blue can't fully remember but it's like it's Duke and my name was in black .

Everybody was happy for me but some people were green with envy and started regretting why they weren't that active to post a comment that will trigger early admission and spur a special post from some element in the school, but before they can portray that, the official list came out immediately afterwards and people started rushing to check their portals.

Hmmm dreams sha...


Today is 11 /11 I hope the day will not go just like that. God please help us
