An MBA in Real Estate and an MBA in Construction Management both focus on the built environment, but from different ends of the same pipeline real estate emphasizes investment, valuation, and deal making, while construction management emphasizes planning, execution, and delivery meaning both ultimately work together to take a project from financial concept to completed physical asset. Both are awesome, what is very important is what the individual really enjoys doing. like for me I do have an MBA from Terry College Business School, in Operations and Supply Chain Management because it's what I like doing and I plan in doing creating my own business in future. In doing Operations Management one is privileged to getting Lean Six Sigma certification (green Belt) which open more door both as an employee and as a business owner. In all having an MBA is worth the journey.
