I need to create this dummy account for advice, i will keep the whole thing short. I am 28 years old guy, a graduate for 3 years now with no job now, i don't have my own apartment of myself but still squat with some friend and their old father who we look after.Note: the kids of the father are nice people they don't treat us bad . I was able to save 500k to myself after settling some family bills. Here is where am finding it hard to make a decision. Am thinking of using the money to start my own business as a second income before i rent my own apartment or i rent my own apartment and start hustling for business money ?
