Nigeria has become a house of comedy. Who needs to watch Papa Ajasco when a better episodes unravels each them on our streets, offices and even among the political class? Garbage in Garbage out!. Robbers fighting looters. What a joke! |
Wow, this is a remarkable achievement. For tennis lovers this is not a mean feat. Dennis Istomin is a big name in Tennis even if is now approaching twilight of his career. Sultanov is a seasoned challengers campaigner able to pull off occasional shocks against the big boys in the top 100. I know they will not be celebrated the like the golden bronzes we usually get from the Super Eagles. Ndukka Odizor and other Nigerian great tennis players of the yesteryears will be proud of this |
This is barbaric. What a shameful loss. Living in Nigeria is sometimes the case of a thousand ways to die |
Abeg Mr ambition, what is your own ambition? Was there any concrete bid from Barcelona or Real Madrid that Ademola Lookman ignored? I don't know why people cannot be objective for once in their lives. As for me I would rather go where I m wanted rather than live in a wonderland of fruitless fantasies |
Kettle calling pot black. Na you sabi. All I know is days are coming when both those who have weaponized poverty and those who have made it their campaign songs to selfishly seize power will be too ashamed to call themselves Nigerians. It will happen, no matter how long it takes! We will take our nation back in whatever form providence provides |
Says a manager who has lost the plot. Slot was given Liverpool's biggest war chest in decades to sign quality players but ended up signing players who are absolutely overwhelmed with the demands of the shirt. Now he is fighting Salah. He will soon take his beautiful game back to the eredivise where no one will pressure him with title talks. |
This is what Nigerians deserve. They will never support faithful, loyal and honest people either in business or with votes during elections. |
Gboss247:Respect for your character all the more Sir. Your commentaries are absolutely spot on. I look forward to more of your banters sir |
This is a very interesting development. I have always suspected there will be a major shift in the political landscape of Nigeria. This incident is going to further cement my theory. I believe the North-South rotation policy will be broken in 2031. Tinubu being a strategist brought in Wike to balance this. I believe the North is shooting itself in the leg. I believe the Easterners are joining the Party at th Center to prepare themselves. Tinubu is reading the script and with all them El Rufai and other disgruntled northern elements decamping and showing open betrayal, it's playing out so well. The north cannot win alone. The South South and South East are positioning themselves and the North is shooting itself in the foot. The South West having served out it's term will act is the king maker- Your guess is as good as mine. My thoughts though. I m just thinking aloud. I m not infallible. Open debates |
Exactly my point when I talk about the so called opposition. They are nothing but political opportunists and propagandist. Same as the ruling lot. Nigeria is on a long thing, but one thing I know for sure we are not hopeless. Nigeria is the most resilient country in the world. We will figure this people out someday somehow and permanently disable them democratically |
Gboss247:Points can be made without subtle jibes . The issue is whatever macroeconomics at play here is not reflecting on the standard of living of Nigerians. That is a salient and undeniable fact. |
It seems Ningi wants to be maduroed to America! I hope one day Trump will take the challenge of their ilks |
We want to see the impact of this on the standard of living of average Nigerians and not in the ugly hands of politicians |

Joke of the decade. They should purge themselves of greed first. These party seems to belong to the politically discontented, disconnected and deluded. Mark my words, they will show their true colors after their presidential primaries. Leopards don't change their skin |
Tgini:Dynamisms of International Politics. You have made salient points Sir. However, the fact still remains that Islamic radicalism and extremism is a menace that must be wiped out. These terrorists are not at ease when people at at peace. They hate peace and so if another tyrant comes to wipe out another tyrant it is a welcome development. According to Yoruba adage By themselves they will poison themselves. Great piece you wrote though |
Absolutely No. Iran is not ready to negotiate. It's a normal delay tactic to further enrich their uranium and produce deadly weapons. I shudder when I see Nigerian supporting this evil regime. The existence of Boko Haram and ISIS is directly or indirectly traceable to this people. For this evil to persist in Nigeria definitely means their have intl backing. Iran cannot be exonerated. The earlier they are dealt with the better for global peace |
Very Commendable. Lagos always leads when it comes to innovation. Mtn everywhere you go! |
You mean the largest distributor of darkness in Africa lol. We they try sha |
These petty terrorists a d their braggadocious grandstanding. I remember Afghanistan, with all the noise, when the first bomb landed all they talibans have already disappeared. Iran barking during the day and seeking deals with America at night Neither for America nor for Iran, but providence seems to say time up for the Ayatollahs and the mullahs. |
See them, awon Ole.They obtain loans to enbezzle, they collect allocations, them embezzle, they collect taxes, they embezzle that one too. Now, their greed knows no bounds but to go into accounts and start removing money. I think we are getting close to a movement that will sweep away all these charlatans and make end sars look like child's play. |
I agree. They have collectively looted and mortgaged the future of innocent citizens and those innocent voices crying for vengeance in the realm of the spirit. With their own hands they shall deliver their own judgements! |
I big pass you, you big pass me, God big pass all of us. Case closed |
As it is in Nigeria, so it is in Uganda! Articulated rigging |
You do not need anything to stop. All it takes is honesty with your self. You don't need deliverance. You have been delivered from the urge. However, you need a new mental reorientation. You need a reprogramming of your mind. There things that you do that fuel this urge. Your sense organs are gateways to your mind. Your mind is numb without them. You need to get rid of pictures, images, associations and materials that pull you into this mess and disconnect from them. |
This both ironic and comical. The Gov is just answering to his name: Radda can only act and govern " radarada"( Yoruba for Nonsense). Peace deal with bandits and they are still saying they don't know how to apprehend them! Where Radda rules, radarada reigns supreme. |
Acehart:. I watched Maroc 1988, Tunisia 1994. Rufai is a better goalkeeper. Personal choice |
Great selection. The op did a great job. However, coming up with this kind of a selection is always debatable. For me Celestine Babayaro is the best left full back Nigeria has ever producedm Taiye Taiwo doesn't come close at all. Your midfield selection is the best I have seen. In a 4-3-3 formation Rasheed Yekini will not fit in. Though arrogant Osirmhen is Nigerias best. Below is is my selection: Peter Rufai- Joseph Yobo Taribo West Uche Okechukwu Celestine Babayaro John Obi Mikel Sunday Oliseh Austin Okocha Finidi George Victor Osimhen Kanu Nwakwo Formation: 4-2-3-1 |
"The problem is my staff, and today I will set an example,” Umahi said, as he ordered the immediate removal and redeployment of the project’s Controller of Works. Above is the rot in the civil service. The dude is being redeployed to where he continues his nefarious activities. What happened to prosecution and public flogging in accordance with their Sharia laws? |
That guy has a big ego. Can you imagine. In football trophies and achievement He doesn't rank higher than Lookman. Such a brat |
It is abundantly evident why the corruption and nepotism in the Nigerian polity will continue. The political class do not have the heart of service to the nation. It's all about who gets what. People celebrating all these clueless politicians don't know what they are asking for. |
Nigerians don suffer o, chai! Government dey milk us, bandits, agberos dey cash out out steady steady, content creators also wan dey take us catch cruise? Please, show me Lord Luggard family, e get wetin I wan ask them |
