You don't sound tired of salary work yet.

Because anyone with a business idea won't just give it to you, but either hire you on salary to effect it or sell it to you.

So, my question to you is, how much you buying business ideas for?

Jesus is the only investment worth pursuing on this side of eternity. Naked we came to this world, and it is certain, we shall take nothing, not even the body, out of it! Jesus is Lord!

A recent directive issued by the Trump administration in November 2025 instructs U.S. embassies and consular officials to take a tougher stance on visa applicants with chronic health conditions. The State Department guidance, which took immediate effect, directs visa officers to consider a broader range of medical conditions, such as diabetes, obesity, and other chronic disease, when assessing eligibility for a U.S. visa.

Key Aspects of the Guidance:
• Public Charge Determinations:
The directive ties chronic health conditions to the “public charge” rule, implying that applicants with such illnesses may be considered a potential burden on U.S. resources due to anticipated medical expenses or limited ability to maintain employment.
• Expansive Health Assessment:
The new policy broadens health evaluations beyond traditional checks for communicable diseases (such as tuberculosis) and vaccination compliance, introducing a more comprehensive review of applicants’ overall health.
• Increased Discretion for Officials:
Visa officers and examining physicians are granted greater authority to judge the potential cost of future medical care and an applicant’s capacity to work, based on their medical history and condition.
• Impact on Applicants:
Immigration experts warn that this expanded evaluation process may immediately affect visa outcomes, particularly during consular interviews, where applicants with chronic illnesses could face heightened scrutiny or denial.

This directive reflects the Trump administration’s broader effort to restrict both legal and undocumented immigration, as well as to limit access to public benefits and healthcare for non-citizens.
