Those who have ICAN can evaluate their ATS with WES

Hello everyone I am new here. i am a chartered accountant, I have ATS & AAT.
I am about to evaluate my ATS but i want to be sure i am doing this right.
is there a specific way to go about it so I can get the appropriate evaluation
I choose institute of chartered accountant of Nigeria and under it i choose accounting technician certificate.
I also want to confrim if the certificate would be sent from me or from ican thanks
