I don't think you need to legalize anything, unless they ask you to do so. If I were you though, I would visit the consulate myself and make clarifications because email might be slow.

Good morning all. Please I applied for visit visa for my family. Husband, wife and 5years old daughter. I just got an email to submit physical documents. I am a bit confused as to which document would require legalization or if it applies to a visit visa. Please help.


This is the part of the email that states it.


Physical Documents to Be Submitted

Once you have confirmed that all required documents have been uploaded electronically, please prepare a package containing ONLY the following physical documents:

There is no need to submit your physical passport at this stage. Should your passport be required for visa issuance, you will receive an email with instructions to submit or courier your passport to the Consulate;

Nigerian documents requiring legalization by the Consulate, if applicable to your visa category;
A printed copy of your RER (Recibo de Entrega de Requerimento);
A prepaid return envelope; and
A printed copy of this authorization message.

Please note: Any additional physical documentation included in packages submitted from 14 July 2026 onwards, other than the documents specified above, will not be considered in the assessment of the visa application.

I got both on 23rd of March. Got two separate mails from them. 1 was the PLI assessment and the other was the PI survey. Check ur spam. You can mail them to let them know you dint get the assessment mail. Hope this helps.

@jayremsam I applied for administrative assistant. I have done the PLI assessment as well as the PI survey. The PLI tho... 50 questions in 12mins. Wasn't able to finish but I tried my best.

Who else got an invite for the PLI assessment?

@betty28 which position did you apply for and when in the test scheduled to hold? I applied for entry level enquiry officer but i have not received any invite.
