Have you analysed the economics of this venture? What's is your payback period? Seems you are buiding for rentals, hmmm
Can the location support a commercial building such as a shopping complex, or office suites?
My experience shows that a commercial property built for business will make more sense as an investor than a residential building.

yes u are right, from experience and analysis, residential buildings for commercial purposes are often not a viable biz...as ur break even point is always more dan 10yrs

@Biazarre, the building plan attached above was provided by a so called Engineer so that's his plan by the way. That was the reason why I had to put it up here to see my people's view on it and as well see if I would get a better plan based on my explanation of what I am looking forward to build.
I need an estimated cost of a building plan leading to a 2/3 bedroom 2 storey of a single or a do uble flats.
