This is because the NE, NW and the NC are not going to vote in a one sided manner for a particular presidential candidate, but will share their votes between ADC, NDC and APC. APM will have some % of votes in the north and perform well in part of SW

APM can only perform well in Ibadan but not in the entire south west.ADC will not do well in the south west at all. For North Central ADC has no business in plateau, Benue, Kogi and Kwara. For Niger and Nassarawa maybe.
