Kids has always been a collateral of war and no nation can claim saint here, Russia have never said they are better than the west but what Russia and every other nation has been saying is that you can't use different rules for different nation.

Take putin to ICC and use Russia asset to rebuild Ukraine so long as you will take other western leaders to the same court and use their asset to rebuild countries they have bombed, then all is good.
