No, you are given the tracking slip(white slip) only i guess. Go back to the NIMC office you registered explain to them that you wanna use it for an application that they should please print the 'NIN slip'(the slip containing you National Identity Number) for you.

Bro as for me, I filled 2025 there o, I am not sure national ID do expire, because the old national ID do not have expiry date.

You can either chz 5 yr or 10yr so you can proceed with your application.

Your ID number,
Issued date,
and Expiry date, input 2025 which is the last year on the drop down, as Nation ID do not have expiry date.

All browsers work well. I did mine with mozilla, one thing is the site is very slow you have to be calm otherwise the site will freeze.

Well, I had same issue and that was how i got my link with same email address.

For all those having 'email already been use' issue. Once u get that reply, click on signin/login try to sigin with the email and the password. On the next page, u will se 'email not very.... Something like that - can't remember the exact reply. Under it there is a link to request for ur activation link be resend. Just enter your email again and click on 'resend activation link..... Wait for some minutes for the activation link to show up in ur email........ From there you are Good to proceed to the form proper...
