That's abuse of immunity.....
Probably. We Nigerians are known to abuse any given privilege we enjoy, both home and abroad. Look at the issue of bringing in dependant to the UK on student visa. The funniest thing is that Asians bring more dependants than us but because we're too loud-mouthed, we just can't afford to calm down.

So Fatimah and her children were killed cos of religion?
Well we have many cases like that of Deborah Samuel in the North, some of them even in decades past.

Man United has simply stopped defending! Like wtf?! grin

It's like that statement or accusation that Pogba buried a hyena at old traffick is true o.

On a 2nd thought ....you can't really discount Conventry....for a team that has come all the ways to the semis of one of the biggest competition in England.
As for everybody saying City will make mincemeat of Manu but you know football can be sooo un predictable...so we watch cheesy
Well you're right on your last submission sha, football can be quite unpredictable. Even then, this Man United side struggles against almost every side.

Spray and get arrested angry. Mutilation of the Naira is bad!

On another note, I think efcc should let us know if 'spraying' and 'mutilation' of the Naira are the same. I say this cos if we are truly talking about mutilation of the Naira, most of the sprayed cashes are not as mutilated as what people use to transact in our streets and markets.

I think if the main aim of efcc is to curb Naira mutilation, instead of arresting and trying people, efcc should rather concentrate on mass orientation on mutilation of the Naira through both print and electronic media in conjuction with the National Orientation Agency, that will drive home the objective better than arresting people.

#being_objective
Ok the last paragraph in your submission, Nigerians no dey hear word. If you like do orientation and ads till eternity, Nigerians no go hear. But once there's a scapegoat then they will adjust, at least for a while.

If they were that poor a team, better teams should have eliminated them before now.

Still, Man United useless this season.

Man City will destroy them at the final! grin
That your last statement is non-negotiable. At least a 3 goal margin victory is assured for City.

That was part of the staging
I don't believe you. Man United is in shambles right now, so Coventry coming back into the game from 3 goals down isn't too surprising. United has thrown away several 2 or 3 goal leads this season.
On the penalty issue, we all know that it's a game of luck. Even players like Ronaldo, Fernandez, Lampard and many others who are composed when taking spot kicks have been known to lose it at times. So attributing the loss of a spot kick in this match to mere match fixing is wrong.

Omolabi Chelsea get hope for where this Man U dey o. At least Chelsea play good football and create chances, but Jackson is so wasteful.

Next season, when Chelsea gets a better striker or Nkunku gains his fitness fully, and probably with a better coach, they'll be a team to contend with.

As a Chelsea fan, I don't want to see Jackson in the starting line up as a striker. He's better off as a winger. It's either he's a winger or he doesn't play at all. That dude has cost us a lot this season.

Interesting. So one man down is an advantage, abi?
And where did I call it an advantage?
I repeat, losing a 3 or 4 goals lead and coming back to give excuses only hints at how horrible a team is/was. Only failure bring excuses.
We've seen teams that collected a red card going ahead to even outscore and beat another without it.

There was a Diaby red card in that match. How many reds did Manchester United collect today against Coventry?
Diaby red or Arteta yellow, there's no excuses for either of the teams been discussed to lose that big margin advantage at all. You're giving excuses for failure.

Newcastle and Coventry are miles apart
The subject of discuss wasn't about the miles between them.
The poster I replied was actually rebuking Man United for losing a 3 goal advantage while comparing them to old Arsenal. I just reminded him of a scenario in which the old Arsenal also threw away a 4 goal advantage.
We're on the same page concerning the state of this current Man United side though, abysmal.

How has this senseless comment helped in any way apart from praising and encouraging the Thieves for their β€œsmartness” while mocking the victim for allowing his kindness and humanity to cost him 22k. ?!

I cringe in disgust when I see foolish/stupid comments like that β€œMugu go fall, guy man chop” on this platform. Has our society really gotten to this low were thieves and criminals are congratulated and exalted for outsmarting and robbing their fellow Nigerians?!?

The Op created this thread to seek help in recovering his funds while also alerting the public as to the new methods these thieves devise by going as a couple and using a crying baby as a means of escape, yet you deemed it the right time and moment to display your foolishness by coming in to call the fraudster β€œwise”. Probably your parents I’m sureπŸ˜’
From the abundance of your heart, I’m guessing scam is what you also do and you think it’s wise abi?!
Continue! Just one day for the owner

Next time if you have nothing reasonable to say switch off your data and take a nap, do not implicate yourself over something you know little About.

Ewu!
We're living in a damaged society jor. If not ehnnnn, how will any sane individual justify stealing and fraudulent activities?
This is the same society in which we have many providing justification for and advocating for youths to engage in Cyber crimes. You shouldn't be surprised though.
During the time of Naira scarcity last year, I bought goods of almost #10k from a woman and paid via transfer, I waited for more than 30 minutes and the woman didn't receive any alert. I was inside a bus on my way home when the bank refunded the money back to my account. I just had to come down from the bus and go back to that woman's store to effect the transfer again. The saddest thing is that the woman was surprised by my deeds.
My advice to everyone is to be wise sha, we're in a generation of vipers. There are many looking for others to victimize, that's why I told someone that we as a society, are a reflection of our politicians who we're wired to bash. It is not just our politicians alone that are destroying the image of Nigeria abroad. An average Nigerian is considered fraudulent on first sight abroad even to their fellow country men.

I just laugh whenever i hear our people complain of rising cost of school fees.

Quality Education is not cheap anywhere.

It's because of the poor standard of education we currently have that every tom, dick and harry is in the university..

When we improve the standard of our education and make it expensive, those that cannot afford it will go for skill acquisition or some form of vocational training. The geniuses among us will get a scholarship or some form of grant.

All this student loan scheme bullshit is to further produce rubbish into the nigerian market as graduates. Where are the jobs for them?

China is one of the best economies in the world and they dont see university as do or die like we see it.

Last last Nigeria cannot be fixed jare
Unfortunately, some or even many talents will go to waste if we decide to tow this hard-line though. I know individuals who were quite brilliant but unable to attend a university after Secondary School because of limited resources, some have to settle for teachers' training college to earn an NCE and others attended Polytechnics.

Na, not in my environment sha. At least here in Nigeria it's far more difficult to legally acquire a gun compared to some states in the US.
Becoming a gun owner in the UK is also difficult I believe. Anyway, I understand your point about parents in the US though. πŸ‘

Even then, an individual must be horrible to leave a gun in a place where it can be easily accessed by a third party without supervision, not to talk of the said third-party being a child. Horrible parenting.
