The Argument that someone would store money in naira is out of it. That's no more an argument unless you are retarded .

Bankers can help you do "PART" the job, coz regardless of all this corruption fighting bankers still have targets to meet and would not hesitate to help you tuck those money into some sort of bonds and stocks..
So if this is true as we speak people can use private jets also to cart money to corruption tolerant countries like Mexico and Columbia. Believe me we don't scrutinize our private plane leasing or hiring in fact there are lots of plane charter companies looking for customers.

Bottom line. If you're in this situation and you have such money would you be cornered? . If you receive a call right now and you are told to broker solutions for somebody and would be give 50% would poverty allow you reject or would this Senseless policy of Changing every single legal tender bill in nigeria all 8 of the phase you out?
