Hi guys! I'm a silent reader of this thread. I'm 22 years old and I have a B.sc in public health(2.1) I just applied to Memorial university, Newfoundland for a second degree in nursing(2years fast track option) against Fall 2018. I have a question pls, should I wait till I'm offered admission before applying for study visa? Any relevant information will be appreciated, thanks!
