I am not an office worker, but here as an employer, to find out what/if more I can do for my staff, particularly to alleviate transport and feeding stress for them and family.

let them work remotely.
if they can't, arrange for a bus to pick them up at a meeting point. they pay the t fare.
buy foodstuff/provisions in bulk, sell to them at cost.
most importantly, improve their career-focused education.
