FreeStuffsNG:Immortal power of a terrorist? Nah!! Trump has better things to do with his time. |
The coming days are going to be really bad for terrorists and their sympathizers. |
MatrixReloaded:Morocco has a much lower chance than that. Yes, they are tough, but they do not have the technical quality to defeat giants like France or Spain. I would also say that Spain is not as lethal in attack as France, so I do not see them getting past France. |
France: 30% Spain: 20% Argentina: 15% England: 10% Belgium: 9% Morocco: 7% Norway: 5% Switzerland: 4% What's yours? |
OBIDIENTNAIJA:I don’t worship any man. Get your facts right. Unfair circumstances benefit almost every football team at different times, and they can also go against them. Croatia had two goals disallowed against Portugal, but none of you pointed that out, including you. Don’t pretend to be neutral here, because you are definitely not. |
cr7lomo:Europe has more country than South America, so, do the math. |
cr7lomo:Lie! It was Uruguay that defeated Portugal in the 2018 world cup. Find another excuse. Let me also add this: the Euros that Portugal won, they won the final without Ronaldo on the pitch. |
This is good for Argentina. ![]() |
It's politics, bro. Africans have consistently produced some of the world's greatest athletes, especially in sports that demand exceptional physical ability. Just look at France, a European team with many players of African descent. The problem is that Africa (especially black Africans) has an inherent problem deeply rooted in our core (Well, it's my opinion). |
Ronaldo fans are funny people. Just imagine if the Croatia goals that were disallowed against Portugal had been disallowed against Argentina instead. It would have been absolute chaos, with many Ronaldo fans calling for the referee's head and blaming FIFA. Croatia is now calling for the controversial disallowed goal an abuse of technology (Link: https://www.goal.com/en-us/lists/croatia-fifa-abuse-technology-controversial-world-cup-exit-portugal/blta3fc118716982ea6). |
OBIDIENTNAIJA:If you think the last world cup was "spoonfed", then you don't understand football. In that final, France got 2 Penalties. If it was a Fifa mastermind, that wouldn't have happened. No matter how you look at it, it's desperately ridiculous to be a Ronaldo fan! |
IamPlato:You are one of the irrational, illogical people we're talking about. Your delusion is your own doing. Don't vent your frustration on me, man! |
realG101:This is a flawed analysis! Ronaldo won most of these champions league trophies with his teammates being very significant in the outcome. When he left Real Madrid, they still won the trophy without him (that should tell you something). Barcelona has never recovered from Messi exit. Portugal won the Euros 2016 final without Ronaldo, and I really don't think that Argentina could have won the world cup final against France without Messi. See, the difference between Messi and Ronaldo is very clear to rational minds, even many Ronaldo fans admit this. The problem is him (Ronaldo) elevating himself beyond his capabilities. Messi is clearly not in his level! |
Just imagine if the Croatia goals that were disallowed against Portugal had been disallowed against Argentina instead. It would have been absolute chaos, with many Ronaldo fans calling for the referee's head and blaming FIFA. The reality is that some fans let emotion, charisma, and image shape their opinions more than what actually happens on the pitch. Ronaldo is a fantastic player and one of the greats. But when it comes to overall footballing ability, influence on the game, creativity, and involvement in build-up play, Messi is on a different level. |
uunwanaobong3:This is not true at all. Ronaldo has zero assists, while Messi has at least one. Messi has always had more assists and has been far more involved in the build-up to goals for both club and country than Ronaldo. |
SundiKeita:God bless you my brother. |
I admire the love and passion Nigerians are showing toward our brothers in Congo. I hope we can show the same love within Nigeria by breaking down tribal barriers. |
Islam is a religion designed by the devil! Wise men know this fact. |
Maybe a Nigerian man did her something bad and she's on revenge mode. |
femi4:Don't mind that person. It's difficult to reason with hate. |
Fiscus105:Exactly! |
It is a shame that this generation compares this guy to Ronaldo. No rational person can watch both of them play, see how they control games and score goals, and conclude that Ronaldo is even close to Messi, let alone better than him. To every rational football mind, Messi is the undisputed greatest player of all time. |
dominique:How was that an arranged penalty? Well, he did not need a penalty. He just scored an outside-the-box goal, like he always does. |
This is lame! It is unfair to the other Portugal players when Ronaldo claims all the glory for something they collectively worked for, especially considering that Portugal won the Euro 2016 final match against France without him. No single player can win a match alone. Success always comes through collective effort. Messi seems to understand this and remains humble, while Ronaldo often behaves like a child and makes everything about himself. That may be why he has had issues with some of his teammates. Besides, Messi is clearly a superior player to Ronaldo. That is a well-known fact! |
