Not true

He provided assist for Alvarez which he could not convert....later Messi made it 2-0
Don't mind that person.

It's difficult to reason with hate.

Those that are claiming Ronaldo is greatest are doing it purely for mischievous, they are bitter people who always bitter when they see good things.

Even off field character, Messi is someone who suppose to be mentor.

Just imagine a player who is also a legend in a football club, went back to Man United to play at twilight of his career, only for him to use his inflated ego to destroy every legacy he had recorded in such magnificent club.

I feel sorry for whoever make Ronaldo is mentor.
Exactly!

It is a shame that this generation compares this guy to Ronaldo.

No rational person can watch both of them play, see how they control games and score goals, and conclude that Ronaldo is even close to Messi, let alone better than him.

To every rational football mind, Messi is the undisputed greatest player of all time.

Messi just missed out on a chance to be the highest world cup goal scorer with that penalty miss. Dem go still arrange another one for him
How was that an arranged penalty?

Well, he did not need a penalty. He just scored an outside-the-box goal, like he always does.

This is lame!

It is unfair to the other Portugal players when Ronaldo claims all the glory for something they collectively worked for, especially considering that Portugal won the Euro 2016 final match against France without him.

No single player can win a match alone. Success always comes through collective effort. Messi seems to understand this and remains humble, while Ronaldo often behaves like a child and makes everything about himself. That may be why he has had issues with some of his teammates.

Besides, Messi is clearly a superior player to Ronaldo. That is a well-known fact!
