EeeVee Farm is an integrated farm. It is a new startup and in its first year of operation. Currently the farm is stocked with poultry birds, Snail, goats, and a few cows. The farm plans to establish a pilot maize farm as well as scale up on animal production. The farm is in Onicha-Ugbo in Aniocha North LGA. About 30 minutes drive to Asaba along Benin-city -Asaba express way. It is about 15 minutes drive to Agbor. Onicha-ugbo town is an agrarian town that enjoys a lot of visitors due to its central location in the environ. Electricity supply to the town is probably the best I have seen in Nigeria in recent years.
The Supervisor/Manager will be required to stay in the village (N100 bike ride to the farm or walk), until the manger’s quarters is ready in the farm. Applicants from Delta/Edo state will be given preference, however, all qualified and interested applicants are encouraged to apply.

Education/Experience – applicant Would be required to have at least OND in Agric related subject. With experience in both crop and animal (preferably poultry) farming.

Salary – N25,000 to N45,000 per Month

Job Description
· Supervise all farm activities
· Ensure implementation of farm policy and procedures
· Treat animals when sick
· Deworm animals according to schedule
· Enforce biosecurity procedures
· Monitor and follow up on every aspects of animal productivity
· Increase animal productivity and efficiency
· Monitor animal health and behavior
· Promote animal wellbeing and comfort
· Ensure feed is preserved
· Supervise mixing of feed
· Supervise Junior workers
· Recruit junior worker
· Manage Junior staff / Farm workers
· Assist Farm worker in all aspect of their work
· Check all animals 2 times daily and report any concerns
· Ensure all animals are effectively feed and given clean drinking water
· Prepare, review and complete all farm reports
· Communicate farm situation with business head in the Morning and evening daily after rounds
· Administer and participate in the company safety program
· Monitor ventilation and water availability in all pens and animal shelter
· Stay up-to-date on innovations and research within the industry
· Update business head with the progress of the farm daily
· Send pictures/video records of incidents to business head
· Be available to do video /conference meeting
· Be available for face to face meetings with business head
· Communicate by WhatsApp for a more effective communication with business head
· Perform all reasonable request from business head
