Use an Alcad Booster or a signal amplifier depending on how many rooms.

Connect the RF out from the decoder to the IN of the booster/amplifier and connect the OUT from the booster to feed the rooms

Guy change that decoder. Its a bad idea tracking nigcomsat with qsat. You go sweat tire, especially q13. Q23 is even better but still not advisable. Qsat decreases signal
