lol @ news casting quest, but really, private or commercial I havnt seen any civilians riding a bike on the express since the ban. btw is there anyway of distinguishing a private okada from a commercial one?

I was on my way to work today when I saw this military man on uniform riding a motorcycle on the express lane of the Ikorodu road.
My question is does the okada ban not affect security officials, or does the fact that he's on uniform make him above the Law Would like to hear your reactions to this.

Its so annoying how people just post false/stale news on nairaland, and it makes the front page, without any verification It doesnt speak well or the forum, the mods should be careful about which topics make d front page next time.
