Whoever you heard this from gave you a false information
NNPC goes through 5 stages:
1-Application
2-Screening/Shortlisting of successful candidates for CBT.
3-CBT
4-Oral interview
5-Appointment letters.

Also anyone telling you about speaker's son and GMD and you believed, successfully played with your intelligence or simply wants to get you off his or her neck.
It will be ridiculous of you to believe such fallacy(if at all someone ever told you that in the first place)
