Yes, you can continue. Visit your study Centre with your admission letter and particulars for re-enrollment. It may take time as your Study Centre may be required to write the Academic Registry to reactivate your portal. And all that may take some time. If not for the stress of transcripts, I will suggest u consider getting a new admission as your previous payments and registration won't be seen in the portal even if you are added.

Thanks. But my observation is that i can still log into my portal with my matric number, so what do you mean by reactivating my portal? since i can still log in, is it wise for me to just go ahead with both semester & course registration?

Did u do all your Electives? That's what the electives are meant for. Secondly, did u do GST107, 105, 104, 103, 101, and 102 and your credit units is still less? Because those GSTs especially 101, 105, 103 and 107 are compulsory even if u entered via DE.

Good morning my people. I join NOUN as a direct entry student & I registered all courses am supposed to register from 200 level n passed. But d school is refusing me graduate that my Total credit units is less than the minimum required by 4 units. Now i am been asked to take 2 courses from 100 level to meet up. Plz why is NOUN like this? Why should I register for a semester just for 2 courses in 100 level that I am not supposed to be part of as a DE student? I am a law student & i have gone to the faculty at Jabi, Abuja to complain without any hope

Aformer Vice-Chancellor of the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Professor Daniel Saror has alleged that the insecurity Nigeria currently experiences did not come by accident.


Also according to him, Boko Haram does not consist of miscreants.


He stressed that Boko Haram terrorists are intelligent people who are highly connected to stakeholders in Nigeria and other countries in the world.

The professor made the revelation on Sunday at the thanksgiving service organised to celebrate his 80th birthday in Makurdi, the Benue State capital, Daily Post reports.

Professor Saror explained that the insecurity in Benue and other parts of the country was brought by deliberate actions, describing it as a well-coordinated agenda to spread Islam across the country.

He said, “The insecurity we are experiencing in Benue and Nigeria today is not an accident. It is a planned programme. Boko Haram does not consist of miscreants. They are intelligent people; they are highly connected in Nigeria and other countries in the world.

“Their mission is simple: they want to conquer and Islamise the nation. The Jihadists that you hear about in the North West are also not miscreants. They are highly connected, highly motivated, and highly experienced in their own ideas and what they want. They want to spread the caliphate throughout Nigeria.

"The armed Fulani herdsmen and Boko Haram insurgents have contacts that extend to the Middle East, Asia, Afghanistan, Saudi Arabia among others."

He alleged that they are funded with billions of naira to execute the conquest agenda of the caliphate in the country.

It's quite surprising that u cannot find the course in your portal as CIT101 is one of the courses listed for the LAW programme although it was replaced with GST103 for some programmes.
Try and "REGISTER CARRYOVER EXAMS" and see, in case u have registered for it before. Revert back with your findings. Cheers.

State the Elective and your programme. There is no way to do that. But you can as well pick another Elective as the purpose of Elective is to meet up with the minimum TCE.

The elective is CIT101 COMPUTER IN SOCIETY & I am a law student. Awaiting ur response sir

2. M.Sc. Bus Admin is Academic masters that can be used to apply for Ph.D while an MBA is not. A degree in any course qualifies you for an MBA but same does not go for M.Sc. Business Admin.

MBA is one of the toughest programmes in NOUN because of the requirements. While M.Sc. programmes requires about 34TCE, MBA requires about 72TCE (TCE = Total Credits Earned).
MBA can be done in 4 semesters.
