I need your help on my newly purchased Polystar curved smart tv 40inch
Ive downloaded Netflix on it, when u tried to opened it, at first it says “ this app is not compatible with your device. You can download a compatible version from the Netflix website “ then I click on the “learn how” and it redirected me to the website. But there it shows “ netflix says 'this version of netflix app is not compatible with your device. (-13)'”
Please how can you be of help to this issue?
