Yes true, hopefully the recruitment process gets concluded before year end. Jobbernath: This recruitment process is somewhat different from the last. So I'm just guessing there might be changes in the timeline also. |

King of rage bait innit JobsLever: Keep thinking you hear, why not engage yourself with other jobs instead of over depending on this job, have a back up plan, what if you are not shortlisted for Assessment Center are you telling me that you will not move on with your life? |

Not to forget that the application process began in September where as 22/23's set began in November. TrafalgarESQ: You know 22/23 set didn't undergo 2 assessments like we did, (actually 3, if we consider the two batches of the 1st assessment separately) so you might need to factor that into your expectations.
But then, it's still very much possible for the process to be completed by July. |

Going by the 2007 and 2013 thread, they wrote two tests. It was only the 2022 thread that one test was written. Mark05: Do you know if the last set wrote 2 tests or just one test? I believe it was 2022 set last right.
At some point I what you said crossed my mind. Because the nature of this second test was a bit interesting. But I doubt they will not want to test our presentation capability. It's not impossible either 🤭.
If the company was very humourous they could send everyone regret mail then write April fools for those that pass as they continue reading or sending a second mail to validate it's April fools |

That was for 2013 not 2007 Jobbernath: That was because the recruitment period spanned more than 3years so no one knows what what was going on. |

How do you know that you did really well in JFA and Inductive? Moondust25: How about someone who got 0 correctly in numerical 😭 but did really well in JFA and Inductive |
Jobs/Vacancies › Re: NLNG Recruitment 2025/2026 by EazyH: 8:37pm On Mar 16 |
How about someone who answered 1. 2-3 questions in numerical correctly with 3-4 partially correct questions 2. Unsure about the Inductive 3. Took lots of time figuring out the JFA Littlesaint062: How far nah
What is causing the holdup. The mail hasn't landed yet.
On a side note what are the chances of someone who answered 1. 7 to 8 questions in numerical correctly 2. 10 to 12 question in Inductive correctly |

Oga Airsay Sir, I dare say that you've proven yourself more than normal to anyone on this thread as regards this particular job. This is not even a matter of a decade. So, nobody, I repeat no one can come from anywhere to rubbish or make anyone here believe that you are false or fake. If the so called Joblever AI person has the time, he or she should go to the 2013 and 2022 thread and see for themselves. The threads are all there live and active. No need to talk much or long. airsaylongcome: Roger that. I’m pissed at the long back and forth (apologies everyone for blowing up your thread with nothing).
However I’ve had an itch to scratch with “it” and blowing its AI cover to see its real responses provided some “relief” from that itch. Now I know it’s real face.
Again, sorry everyone for a whole page of wasted exchange. |

North of 2M it means more than 2M but the amount is unknown. And of course, it's not even up for a discourse because of safety and NDA reasons. maik99: There’s no way NLNG pays 1.5 or 2m per month Aradel that got serious less than 5 years ago pays 1.5m to graduate trainees |

Very well said sir, we pray that God's grace, favour, luck and our efforts get us in🙏 airsaylongcome: lol! Thanks. Just a small contribution to those coming “behind”. Plus honestly I wish I had this level of insight in my time so see it as “sowing”. When some of you lot make it in, come back and encourage the new recruits like NLNGOFFERLETTER is doing |

Does this apply to engineering candidates only? What about business candidates who had such JFAs too? Higherupgrade: it actually does
The first two options you pick usually reflect your strongest behavioural preferences (like safety, teamwork, leadership, continuous improvement), while the one you leave out is your least preferred in that scenario.
As an engineering candidate, I leaned more towards safety, teamwork, leadership, and upskilling because they align with my strengths. But I don’t think it’s strictly graded by course it’s more about consistency and how well your choices align with the company’s values overall. |

Oga airsay, thanks for all you do sir. Been reading and digesting your chats over and over again right from the 2013 thread up till this thread. There's an adage that says time is truly a judge of all things. And it is rock-steady to still have you communicate with us on this thread even after 12 years has passed😅 airsaylongcome: And I am telling you that those are lies. I know lots and lots of NLNG GTs that got hired without knowing anyone. I’m talking loads. And note, NLNG is not a govt job. It’s a private company |
