True sha. El Rufai fought entrenched interests from the north to ensure PBAT victory. He was one of the few northern voices to loudly say power must shift to the South. How they managed to sideline him in PBAT government is surprising.

Fair points but who is investigating or querying the politicians we have today? On balance I think a patriotic military government will be far better than what we have today. Under this so called democracy, politicians can buy off the judiciary and do as they wish. The fear of summary punishment under military is enough to keep things relatively in check. My opinion!

Remember the accountant general that pocketed billions? Remember how fake Nigeria Air was launched costing billions? Remember Emefiele and his jamboree? Remember Kogi's bello and his escapades? Budget padding at the national assembly? Do you know how much state govs are spending without scrutiny? How about inflated contracts, etc.

Military is as corrupt but civilian democracy (like we have today) is far worse.
