This will create jobs, reduce reliance on importation, and reduce pressure on FX.

I heard that during the civil war, petrol was never scarce in Biafra because they were able to refine petrol locally. This shows Nigerians have the ability to refine this petrol locally if supported. So what is stopping this support?

I really don't understand.

The entire south east is a concentration camp. The place is encircled the way Israel encircle Gaza. Road block every 50 meters extorting and dehumanizing helpless citizens. Sometimes they will ask all passengers to disembark and walk across the checkpoint. They harass young women with no zero remorse.
