Those of us in Nigeria are eagerly praying for early morning broadcast o. The jubilation will be WILD! |
What's killing investment in Nigeria is not necessarily the high exchange rate, it is the extreme fluctuation. |
Interesting! They say National unemployment rate is over 33%. Yet no state is above 20%?? Even in Europe and America, normal unemployment is around 5% but our Nasarawa is enjoying 0.5% unemployment?? ![]() |
MNK once said if Nigeria doesn't break up peacefully, Somalia will be a childs play compared with what will happen. The prophesy is being fulfilled everyday. |
It is said that this woman was the de facto governor during Kalu's reign. All contractors had to go and greet 'mama governor' very well. Today's she's looking young and enjoying life in America while Abia people are struggling to survive. Irony of life! |
Enjoying UK after destroying Nigeria. Why should the youth respect these 'leaders'? |
If Trump wins, we will surely be here to remind him of what Nigeria president's adviser said about him. |
UPGRADING YOUR PHONE FOR THE SAKE OF IT IS A BAD IDEA. Here's a question most westerners ask themselves before considering phone upgrade; is the new features worth the extra cost?? On the new iPhone 16, the expert guidance is that it probably makes sense to upgrade if only you are currently using iPhone 12 or less. DO NOT enter into unnecessary debt just to upgrade your phone. Do not blow your life savings on a new phone that you don't need. Above all, do not put your toto through unnecessary pounding (especially at the hands of a pot-bellied sugar daddy or other disreputable men) just to upgrade your phone. Annual phone refresh is just a marketing gimmick. Do not fall for it!... Well, unless you are in the money na water gang. |
This country has refused to make progress. It is obvious that the government, its agents, or both are our to intimidate, harass and embarrass NLC and other critical voices by hook or crook. And all this is happening under the so called NADECO chieftain? Very shameful indeed. |
Lizzysamuel:They replaced her with London Underground accountant o. Today we all know the scores. ![]() |
Omo! Nigeria deteriorated quickly sha o. From 87 naira to 1200 naira in 9 years! That's like 1280% increase!! |
Getting married isn't the issue. Both the man and the woman are already existing so marriage doesn't add material net new burden. Problem comes from hatching children like a fowl. DO NOT HAVE MULTIPLE CHILDREN IF YOU DONT HAVE THE RESOURCES TO SUPPORT THEM. That's usually the source of frustration in resource-constrained marriages. If you get belle by mistake, ABORT AM! Bringing children into a life of perpetual misery and want is a worse sin, IMO. |
Nigeria has become an easy hunting ground for criminals from all over the Sahel. They just come and go as they like. When the senate debated bill to say herders should go to their state of origin recently, some senators openly said that the herders have no state of origin. We are really in trouble in this country... |
If you see a product with such a high mark up, then start importing it yourself and sell at a cheaper rate. Abi you sef no wan make money? Price control is a silly idea. |
Truth be told... A certain section of Nigeria and forgery na 5&6 sha. |
Why cant the govt license the so called 'illegal' refineries and encourage them to produce petrol and diesel legally? This will create jobs, reduce reliance on importation, and reduce pressure on FX. I heard that during the civil war, petrol was never scarce in Biafra because they were able to refine petrol locally. This shows Nigerians have the ability to refine this petrol locally if supported. So what is stopping this support? I really don't understand. |
The entire south east is a concentration camp. The place is encircled the way Israel encircle Gaza. Road block every 50 meters extorting and dehumanizing helpless citizens. Sometimes they will ask all passengers to disembark and walk across the checkpoint. They harass young women with no zero remorse. |
Again South south and South east are overlooked. |
Next, a Fulani will be appointed to replace him. You'll hardly see any Hausa in leadership position in the core north today. Meanwhile, the core north is HAUSA land o. Hausas welcomed Fulanis into their lands and today they have become servants to the Fulani. If Yorubas don't sit up and face our real enemies, same fate awaits them. Ilorin is a case study already! Thank God that once they mess up in Igbo land, they collect woto woto immediately. |
Half education is truly dangerous. Chidoka said he applied to INEC under the Freedom of Information Act for access to the election materials which they gave him. He simply analyzed the materials given to him by INEC. INEC has not denied it. Chidoka also said that in both Imo and Bayelsa the current governors would have still won even if you remove the over voting, but the margin of victory would have been closer. It is only in Kogi that SDP would have won. This our country is messed up, from leaders to followers! |
Has the village where this occurred been razed down? Has the elders from the region apologized on behalf of the killers? Has all the presidential aspirants from the region apologized for the crime? Will president Tinubu speak on the matter? |
Does these guys think we are all daft? "What has been happening is that we have been importing PMS, which has been landing at a specific cost price, and the government tells us to sell it at half price. So the difference between the landing price and that half price is a shortfall." This 'shortfall' is the exact description of subsidy. |
Unfortunately, the vast majority of marriages these days are loveless. After the buzz of marriage (which can be for up to 5 years, if you are lucky), what you have left is two adults tolerating each other for the sake of their children, finances, extended family, church, societal expectations, etc. If after 5 years of marriage you are still in love with your husband/wife, you just don't know what the lord has done for you. |
Igbo blood... competitive, indomitable, brave, stubborn, and fiercely independent. IGBO AMAKA. |
150 BILLION! Just imagine what that amount could do if spent well on our federal universities. 150 Billion can install Starlink superfast internet in every university library in Nigeria. This could be all that is needed for the next tech entrepreneur to emerge! |
Stay back and receive 70k minimum wage? |
You CANNOT legislate patriotism into your citizens. You earn it! |
Siblings fighting dirty in public. This matter should be tabled before Umunna for amicable settlement, but then, I heard that these boys don't know the road to their village again. ![]() |
Kylekent59:And you think his superior doesn't know he is begging at the airport all along? Publishing it on social media is the best approach. The superior will be forced to take disciplinary action to cover his own behind. If you report him quietly, the case will be brushed aside quietly. This is Nigeria for you! |
Masari that couldn't improve education in Katsina is now in charge of tertiary education? Make una continue |
Copy and paste of their statement on Niger. We all know where it ended. But then, Nigeria is not a real country though so whatever and whoever will help end this sham masquerading as a country is most welcome. |
Chairman of Mile 12 International Perishable Market in Lagos, Alh. Shehu Usman, said: “The reason for rising costs of food items is because most farmers in the North have been chased away from the farms by bandits, and many of them are now in IDP camps. “The only solution to this problem is for people to return to the farms. If you are not farming and you are not importing food, so, how do you get the food?...* This is the crux of the matter which everyone is avoiding. Why can't BAT order the army, DSS, civil defense, etc to confront the bandits and ensure that NIGERIANS in IDP camps are able to go back to their villages and farms? BAT promised to recruit 1Million youths (to be fed with agbado) into the army help fight insecurity. How far? Importing food or dashing people rice is not a solution. |
