I want something with a good price please. I bed flat will do. I'm looking at Texas. Houston northwest to be precise. Anyone with any clue

Please what mild detergent can I find in Nigeria for washing of my babies clothes. my 6 months old is having a tribble rash, used a lot of things but all to no avail, plus his skin is really dry and itchy. His skin is even cracking. Please help me with suggestions. tired of going to doctors.
