Exercise and eat healthy. Understand what ambition is and understand what priority means. Those 2 words will guide you in making great decisions.

If you don't take risks to escape poverty, you'll end up in a single room with your wife and children complaining about the past. This is not an advice.

BeautyV:
Hello Nairaland family,
I need serious help o! It’s Christmas soon and I want to get my husband something nice — but he literally doesn’t fancy anything. Not cake, not watches, not gadgets, not perfume — he says he doesn’t need anything, and I’m struggling o 😩.

He’s the type that will say “I’m fine, don't worry yourself” when you ask what he wants. I still want to make him feel loved this Christmas, so I’m looking for thoughtful gift ideas that hit emotionally and meaningfully, not just random stuff.

A bit about him:
• Calm, low-key guy
• Not into flashy things
• Appreciates sincerity but won’t say it out loud

I want to impress him with something he’ll actually appreciate because his so difficult with when it comes to gifting him 😅

Please throw ideas at me — from experiences, personalized gifts, keepsakes, meaningful surprises, anything y’all think would score points with a man who says “I like nothing.”

Thanks in advance 🙌💡

Romance › Re: I Now Worry About My Two Sisters Who Will Hit 29 & 30 Next Year by Ebenezer2021(m): 8:45am On Dec 19, 2025

Jman06:
Honestly, at 29/30 yo, their chances of finding good husbands have become limited as no decent young man with his masculinity intact would want to wife any lady above 27yo.

Their best baits is to search from among widowers, single dads and polygamous men. That's the consequences of not setting one's priorities right and hooking up a decent man when they were much younger. They must have been deceiving themselves that they could get a man whenever they want to marry

Who also get worried and hopes his sisters gets married off the street to a good man in no distant time? And not suffer the dreaded husband search syndrome of 30+ ladies.. Imagine that your innocent god fearing little sister

Omo how time flies, those sweet little sisters of 16, 17 of yesterday are now hitting 30. Looks unreal. Already graduates, one has Msc
[/b]
Although they are doing well job wise for themselves paying their own bills, [/b] but I see myself praying for them to get good husband. Am I the only one having this feeling as a brother. More like I've started counting time for them.
.
God abeg o, favour my sisters, They are too young for husband wahala abeg. Even at 29/30 , in my eyes they still feel young and naive.
.
the bolded is where the problem lies
Assuming they weren't doing well and paying their bills by now they would have settled.

I stumbled on a thread where a certain guy did a challenge on masturbation and No sex campaign till he died. While it may seem ludicrous, I'm making my own challenge of not playing any form of betting/gambling till I die.

However pressured I feel, God will give me the strength to overcome. I'll be updating this thread on a daily basis to tell of my success story. Feel free to join in. Be focused, be determined and be strong.

this is like saying " this moniker is ìgbo man from Umuahia claiming to be from Aba". If you know you know.
From Anambra to Anioma is not up to a minute if you're driving, less than 6 minutes if you're walking. So many Anambra people live and work in Anioma and vise versa.
If to say una dey travel once once Una for know all these things.
that large body of water separating Anambra people from Anioma means that you people are different and have nothing in common.
