[b]There's silent unrest and killing/cannibalization of Ijaws going on in Eastern Obolo ditto boundary remapping of the immediate past Governor Udoms administration.


The unrest is linked to the crude oil and gas exploration and exploitation going on in Eastern Obolo.

Ijaws of Andoni Rivers state, are laying claims to Eastern Obolo because of few Ijaws that has been living there for decades and ordinarily acculturated there.
Akwa ibomites has been excercising restrain, but it seems few Ijaw elements within the L. G. A, are trying to make it Ijaw vs Akwa ibom ethnic war, thereby inviting Ijaws across other states majorly Bayelsa and Rivers.

There has been unreported killings and intimidation of Akwa ibomites, which has resulted to reprisal attack by Akwa ibomites on Ijaws, to the point of charring and cannibalizing their dead bodies.[/b]Eastern Obolo you mean and not Easter.... It just happened .
