The Ijaw Republic Constitution is like that of INC, LINO and IYC in times of similar structure. It is not like Nigeria that any body from anywhere can contest President or Vice. It must be Regional. If it is time for Eastern Region to produce President, all the Candidates must come from that Eastern Region and by then the Vice will either be of Central or Western.



President, Vice President, Senate President. Each of the Regions must have one of these at all times.
The Senators go to the National Assembly in Wilberforce City.
The Member House of Representatives go to the Regional Assembly in each of the 3 Regional Capitals.
The Provincial Assembly Member goes to Provincial (State) Assembly.
The Concillors go to the Municipal (LGA) Assembly.
Then we have the Wards.



Each Province have 4 Representatives members and 2 Senators.
Tnat excess salaries will not be there like Nigeria own where the ones that say they are serving the masses are actually 50 times richer than the masses.



I will later bring the Political Structure of all the Communities in Northern Ijaw Province that is my Native Province.
I am the interim President of the Ijaw Republic, from Northern Ijaw Province , Central Region.


Joseph Sukubo is the interim Vice President and he is from Kalabari Province, Eastern Region.


The LINO National Secretary Botu Pius becomes the interim Senate President and he is from Toru-Ibe Province, Western Region.



Each Region will hold Presidential Tenure, 2 times of 4 years each making 8 years for each Regional Presidential Tenure.



Wards are six in each Municipal (LGAs) but Municipals are not divided evenly across the Province like the Senate(2), Representatives (4) and Wards(6) were divided evenly.
The bigger Province have the higher numbers of Municipals(LGAs) E.G Toru-Ibe and Bomadi Provinces cannot be compared closely in times of numbers of Villages and Settlements.
Toru-Ibe is far far bigger, so more Municipals(LGAs) for it.



After this write up, i will later divide the Northern Ijaw Province even to the Ward level. I will use my Native Province (State) as first example.
