If your device (e.g car, laptop, boat, truck, desktop, cellphone) has a gps chip in it, tracking you is a piece of cake. if its doesn't then they have to use computing forensics to locate you. by simply pinging your IP, network statistics( nodes, routers, gateways, ISP info) will all come up.sooner or later your device will be located.

CISA is an audit certification that relates to information compliance. it became hot cake based on stricter standards of reporting after the colapse of enron. the sarbanes oxley act was introduced and this is what spurred the demand for IT auditors. its really not applicable to the niger environment but globally it carries a lot of weight.

economics is more flexible, any one can do ican but you have to go to univerisity to become an economist. put it this way, economics is like the cake while accounting is the icing. accounting really pays a lot if you have an international qualifcation.

it depends on your medium of connection.if you are connecting wirelessly, it can be very difficult. however if you are using a dialup or broadband connection then obviously your IP and location is easily trackable.
