Smiles.
The "where are you" is template on the customer's app.
So, instead of the BOLT CUSTOMER to type and greet, they just click on the template.
Na so e be on indrive, too.
No vex, sir.
Btw, the BOLT CUSTOMER is addressed as the RIDER, you as the driver.

Much respect, boss.

Same thing used to happen to me. I get pissed with that msg until a rider told me it's a template thing

But some riders will still be courteous despite

. My friend was telling me how he carried a lady to a guys place on d Uber app and d lady and guy said dey didn't have money to pay him 'please' . My guy said he had to act like a mad man on d street. It was a 6k trip. Omo literally d whole estate came outsid as he blocked their access road. To cut d story short someone he doesn't know that doesn't even know the couple but lives in d estate and heard d comootion paid as he felt for d driver.

Dis work esp in Lagos is really not for d faint hearted. You deserve d rest

I pick 3 young guys to a remote part of Okota (can't remember the name). Very bad road and they took me far from the set destination after making me wait for like 30 mins promising to "add something". After I got to destination, and I had accepted another trip, the guy say him wan call him brother to do transfer

Omo I just drove off and chatted the guy on whatsapp with my bal amount and account number

He snubbed my msgs for almost 6 hours. I just blocked him and reported to Bolt, I was refunded

As long as you have evidence, don't fight any rider on Bolt, chat with them and the fare will be added to your bal

Hello house, please has anyone done Catalyst refilling at Ladipo or elsewhere? I'm trying to do so to help with fuel consumption

Is it worth it?

Please how can I add 'economy' to my categories on Bolt. I'm only on BOLT and hardly get requests

Most riders do economy I guess
