1. AVITS will not allow you to submit the ticket, because the meal you wanted to buy with the ticket has already being served on your table.

2. If your appointment is physical, attend your interview based on your last VISA appointment (Oct, 2024) but you must print out the new letter and take both letters along on your interview day.

3.. Your appointment confirmation letter from AVITS is blank in order to not cause confusion with OIS letter " because OIS letter appointment date is the one you will use to submit. Follow the guideline i gave to @ifyx12 on sense - 4 above.

Good morning all,
I had an appointment date for October 2024 from the previous portal. I was migrated to the new AVITS portal, the appointment confirmation letter in the new portal had no appointment date and time on it. I have tried to raise a ticket to ask that my appointment date and time be included in the confirmation letter, but the system would not allow me submit the ticket. I really do not know what to do next.
