DeVon Franklin and Meagan Good release their first book, “The Wait” on February 2, 2016.

Meagan Good has been promoting celibacy with her husband, DeVon Franklin, in their new book, but the actress admits that the concept has not always been an easy one for her.

“I’ve been in several relationships since I was 19. I would feel bad and be like, ‘Let’s try to be celibate,'” Good revealed in an Entertainment Tonight report. “And then I was worried that they were going to cheat or the relationship was going to end or whatever, and what happened was the relationship ended anyway.”

Gospel singer April Nevels, a member of Bishop T.D. Jakes’ female quintet, Grace, is opening up about a dark period in her life.

In 2007, the anointed singer, who is currently signed to the mega pastor’s Dexterity label, says she attempted to take her own life following a painful divorce.

According to Nevels, in April 2014, in Atlanta, she sang at Bishop T.D. Jakes’ “Woman Thou Art Loosed” conference for the first time as a part of The Potter’s House team.

Unfortunately, many Christians love the idea of the Bible, but not really the Bible itself. We love having a Bible close by, even within reach, but don’t make time to open it on an average day. Christians overwhelmingly voted in favour of leaving the European Union last Thursday.

Polling from Lord Ashcroft showed that nearly six in ten of those who identified as Christian voted for Brexit. This is significantly higher than the 52 per cent who voted for Brexit across the nation. It is particularly stark when compared to Muslim and Hindu voters, seven in 10 of whom voted to remain.
